These Terms Of Use explain the rules for using Nap, including account responsibilities, acceptable use, billing, product limitations, and ownership.
Using Nap
By accessing or using Nap, you agree to use the product lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms of Use. If you use Nap for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Nap provides AI-assisted coding workflows, CLI features, dashboards, documentation, usage tracking, authentication, and billing-related product features. Product behavior may change as the service evolves.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating any code, text, commands, migrations, configuration, or other output produced with Nap before using it in production.
Account, billing, and organizations
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing members, roles, billing settings, and subscription choices.
Paid plans, seat-based subscriptions, usage limits, invoices, billing dates, payment records, and token accounting may be tracked in Nap systems. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay.
Nap may suspend or restrict access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, illegal activity, security attacks, payment failure, violation of these terms, or activity that creates risk for Nap or other users.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may not use Nap to create malware, exploit systems, steal data, bypass access controls, violate intellectual property rights, attack people or organizations, or perform activity that is unlawful or harmful.
You retain ownership of your project content and outputs, subject to any rights held by your employers, collaborators, licensors, or other third parties. Nap retains ownership of its product, brand, systems, software, interface, documentation, and platform technology.
Nap is provided as is and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.
